FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE -
I understand how difficult it can be to make time for
a home inspection. To help ease your time constraints,
I'm available Seven days a week, Dawn till Dusk. If there's
sufficient daylight for me to complete the exterior inspection,
I'll gladly fit you into my schedule.
ALWAYS ON TIME - I usually arrive at your prospective home 20 minutes to ½
hour early. I'll survey the exterior of the property and
be waiting for you when you arrive. And if you wish, I will then walk you
through the entire inspection.
YOUR INSPECTION GUIDE
- If you prefer, I will walk through your prospective home with you right
alongside me. This helps you to learn as much as possible
about the condition of the property and to have your questions
and/or concerns addressed as we go. Once we complete the
Home Inspection, you will have a better understanding
of the property.
HIGH TECH EQUIPMENT
- There can be no guessing when it comes to my findings.
I utilize advanced high tech detectors, temperature
sensors, gas detectors, CO detectors, moisture meters and other specialized tools to
insure an accurate report of the properties condition
at the time of the inspection.
HIGHER STANDARDS - State
law and the standards of practice of most industry associations
require that only a representative number of electrical
outlets, light fixtures and windows be inspected. Where
ever possible I will try to inspect all accessible outlets windows
and fixtures.* I also check for gas leaks, the presence
of carbon monoxide as well as electronically checking
for moisture behind bath tile and enclosures.
COMPREHENSIVE REPORT
- You will receive your detailed comprehensive
and easy to read written report. Some inspectors
provide on-site reports. I feel it is important for
me to review my findings, before preparing your report,
to insure that it is accurate, complete and includes
any photographs and diagrams where needed.This report
will be available online, in PDF format, within 24
to 48 hours after of completion of your inspection. A printed report is available upon request and is sent via via Priority Mail® (upon request)
within the same time period, with few exceptions. Every effort is made to have your reports to you within 24 hours.
MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE RECOMENDATIONS
- During your inspection, and as part of the report, I
will include maintenance recommendations that will help
to preserve your home and keep your mechanicals in top
notch condition.
SYSTEM AND RECALL RESEARCH - after your inspection, the homes systems will be researched to determine the age, life expectancy and if there have been any recalls or safety issues and that information will be included in your inspection report.
AVAILABLE 24/7 - If
you have questions before or after your inspection,
feel free to call me anytime from 8:00am to 8:00pm
or you may leave a message 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. I have been known to answer the office phone
as late as 10:00pm so don't hesitate to call.
